I have been learning Tabla at Taal NZ for the past 5 months. I always was passionate to learn Tabla but never got the opportunity nor the time, and then I found Taal NZ and met Arshav Ji. Despite having no knowledge whatsoever in Tabla, he was willing to guide and teach me. He understands that all students learn differently and teaches them accordingly.

My son goes to Arshav ji. He started about a year ago when he was 6. Another tabla school said he was too young, but since starting here he has already finished beginners and is currently at intermediate level. Arshav ji is accommodating and even flexible with timings. We really appreciate that flexibility.

I think this is the best place for learning Indian tabla in Auckland. Ustad Arshav sir is a very dedicated person for teaching classical tabla with good teaching skills in many ways. I am so glad to be learning under him.
